Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to providing brand-new and premium-quality items, products are generally non-returnable once delivered, except under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.

Customers must provide clear images or video evidence showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item when contacting our support team.

Refund Processing

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved:

Product Exchanges

We may offer product exchanges for defective or incorrect items based on current stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be provided instead.

Delivery Charges & Fees

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • If the issue occurred due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), Amar Shoishob will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other approved exceptions, customers are responsible for return delivery charges.

We do not charge any hidden restocking or processing fees.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after the allowed return period.

  • The item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • The product is returned without original packaging or tags.
